We collaborate with numerous small, family-run farms that have been in existence for several generations.

Though most of the farms are too small to afford "certified organic"

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied.

We accept the return of our products within 30 days of them being received by yourself. However, we only accept the return of goods in perfect condition, unopened and in their original packaging and we reserve the right to withhold any refund at any time. (Unless of course the product was damaged)

Please bear in mind that all returns costs must be covered by the customer. 

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

Our shipping services are available internationally.

Orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.

Due to increased demand, delivery times may take between 5-10 days, depending on your location.

If you have not received your order after 30 days, you are eligible for a refund.

We ship from Hong-Kong, where our coffee is stocked.
